EliseAI uses PubNub’s Events & Actions to capture critical real-time events generated by users interacting on the PubNub-powered webchat as part of its integration. The Events (user-generated activities) trigger Webhook-based Actions that allow two different applications or services to communicate with each other in real time to share data.
