Channel Monitor
Once you've finished building your chat app with our Chat SDK, you can manage it using Channel Monitor.
Channel Monitor is a UI tool available on Admin Portal that is an integral part of the BizOps Workspace. It lets you select channels on your app's keyset and track live and historical conversations, making it particularly useful for the chat app admins in their daily work.
Channel Monitor provides an intuitive UI (with backend powered by the Chat SDK methods) that lets you do most of the user and message moderation through a set of UI options.
As an admin, you can:
- Moderate users - watch, mute, or ban users
- Moderate messages - edit and delete messages of other users or publish your own messages as a moderator
Other sections of the BizOps Workspace let you:
- Manage users and their metadata - create, view, edit, delete
- Manage channels and their metadata - create, view, edit, delete
